A Brief History of the Position

The primary responsibilities of the First-Year Representative include, but are not limited to:

-Representing the interests and concerns of first-year students with a special effort to inform and involve these students in the King's community;
- Sitting on various committees, including the Academic Committee and the Wardroom Board of Management; 
- Spending at least one hour a week in the King's Students' Union office, to answer questions from constituents; 

- Maintaining good attendance for each meeting of the King's Students' Union Council
