The shirts will be available to pick up in September. If you will no longer be in Halifax at that time, please indicate as such, and we will do our best to mail it to you.

We’ll also be sending this to your school inbox, so keep an eye out if you prefer our guide in text. You deserve an affordable education and you have a lot of ways to make your voice heard! The KSU consults on the proposal this Friday, April 25. Reach out to us via any of the above ways if you have concerns or feedback you want us to bring up on Friday or after! You can also email King’s directly at Kingstuitionandfees@ukings.ca until May 15.

Want to get invloved with the KSU? Sitting on a hiring committee (or two!) is a low-commitment way to help your student community. We are looking for three students to sit on each of the Orientation Week Coordinator, Scribe, Chair and CRO hiring committees.

Come to Council this Sunday at 10am in the Frazee Room or on Zoom, or send in a written nomination to chair@ksu.ca to be appointed.

If you plan to apply for a position, you cannot sit on the hiring committee for that position (but you can sit on a different one). Keep an eye out for the hiring call to be posted next week!

The KSU is holding a society training session on Wednesday, Feb 26th at 4pm! The training starts at 4pm and last 45 minutes- 1 hour.

We will be in the KTS Room, on the second floor of the New Academic Building. Please contact Anna at slvp@ksu.ca if you want to receive the meet link to attend virtually, and if have any questions or comments.

This is the last society training of the semester, so now is your chance to get ratified for the rest of the academic year. There will be society trainings again in late summer/early fall for societies wishing to be KSU ratified for the 2025/26 academic year.
